Supporting the arts (me)
Hello! I'm Kat, a 21 year old freelance artist who makes fanart and original creations. I work best with character designing. I use the handle "calliepeepers" across most websites.Commissions are currently open!
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following:
The usage of the commissioned artwork is only for personal and/or private use, and will not be used for business or business purposes such as NFTs, selling, distributing, logos and or branding, marketing, etc.
Using any of my artwork for AI imaging is absolutely not allowed, be it AI imaging/programming for personal usage or business usage, and under no circumstance do I consent to having my images put into AI programming/an AI program that uses the works of other artists to create a hodgepodge of stolen art.
As the artist, I retain rights to my work, allowing me usage for posting it on social media as examples of my work, commission sheets or portfolio. I will never take credit for designing any original characters that are not my own.
As the artist, for proper crediting purposes, I have the right to add my signature to any artwork I make, and any alterations (such as editing it out) to my signature will not be allowed to be done.
If the client shares the artwork on social media or on a video hosting platform, proper crediting of the artist (@calliepeepers) is required.
The client agrees not to claim any artwork as their own creation.
The artist has the right to decline any commission for business or personal reasons.
Payment will be upfront and in full and there will be no refunds.
Payment will be paid through via PayPal invoice, or through my Ko-fi commission page.
After the commission is completed, the client is not allowed to request major changes last minute. All changes must be requested while commission is being worked on.
Additional information:
Preferred method of contact is through email, though Tumblr, Ko-fi, Instagram, and Twitter's (also known as X) direct messages are acceptable as well.
The client is required to send a description of what they want drawn, reference images or examples. Any details left out can be added depending on how far the commission is completed, and anything left out that was not stated before the commission OR during the progress period is at the fault of the client, not the artist.
Progress sketches may be sent, and can be requested.
Commissions are worked on via queue and you may request information on where your commission places in that queue.
Time on commissions vary, but should be finished within a week or two, a month period at most. This does not mean every commission will take long/around a month to complete, it is simply the most amount of time it should take if anything were to happen.
